Rage of Bahamut, 1 Million to 3 Million in 2-3 Months!?!?!?!?

Am I the onlyone who finds it odd/awesome/suspicious that RoB grew in 2 Million users, within 2-3 months?
Lets add some conspiracy to that too....

RoB will be dishing out some pretty darn good high rarity cards within 9-10 days. The fact that they've added restriction to trade/sell these cards (except after some allotted time) is odd. Maybe they are planning on tracking those high rarity cards that we will be given? Even if that isn't their initial plan, it SHOULD be. From what i have figured, the only way to "hack" out cards form other users is by hacking into other accounts and trading themselves (hence the trade ban going on ATM) the high rarity cards.

All conspiracy aside, congrats to RoB for hitting 3 Million players, and only about 3/4 of them being active.

To add to the conspiracy...

I think that a large part of the growth is the unanticipated loopholes in the rules that allow people to essentially have multis by enlisting the phones of relatives and/or friends.

What does this mean? It means you have 3 million people server load and activity but actually only 1.5 million people revenue levels in terms of what they anticipated. I am interested in if they will just understand that this might be a part of what they have or if they plan to try to do something about it. Banning trades stymies that dynamic but kills gameplay. I suspect they will ignore this part of gameplay and focus on dealing with hacks or exploits.

But whatever they do, they need to do it fast. The world of app games waits for no one and a card game with no trading is not a winner IMO.

True that. As much as I love this game, all the time and money I've dedicated to it, i doubt i'll hang along if things get outta hand.

What i find really annoying is that if you find something wrong with the game, you gotta tell cygames not mobage. Mobage can't do anything about it.

so you have to go that other group to get answers from mobage. i did not know that. this trade black out has been good for theories of what is really going on behind the scenes. you can tell a person that is not active in their account by how many fights they have or how many fellows they don't have i mean if you level 47 and you got 6 fellows chances are you are not using the account at all. i agree if this ban does not lift up it will kill this game quicker than all the hacks will.

Yeah honestly I say they have about 400-500k ACTIVE members, anyone with a jailbroken Itouch or phone can duplicate as many accounts as they want and use the refferal, i know people that have done this so many times they have like 4 grimore mina's worth of refferals, thats around 80 accounts created that arent being used, thats just 1 person. There are many that do this so honestly I doubt theres hardly very many plays, nevermind LEGIT players. The 500k-1 Million I believe are active, prolly 3/4 maybe more arent legit and hack, so IMO this game is really unfair, but that goes with any game and your (IMO) just in it for the fun anyways and im aving fun so I don't really care how messed up it is haha
