The Lottery!!

Hello again! got some exciting news some of you may not have heard about, but as soon as trading is back up in game, we will be starting a Lottery game for all order members!

Official rules, time frames and other details will be updated as they are thought up!

But heres a general idea.

The lottery will be held on a regular schedule, due to the costs of doing such a lottery it will not be very frequent. But the lottery will be a prize donated into the pool by members, whether its HP, CW, rupies, or even cards!

Members can play the lottery by buying a lotto ticket for the event. the ticket cost will be dependent on the lotto prize. so if the prize is hp, the ticket cost will probly be CW or rupies (again, details are yet to be decided). The ticket costs are then put into a pot for a jackpot lottery which will be held after a designated number of regular lotto's. the jackpot is a collection of the ticket costs and donated items to where the winner takes all! (again, actual contents of the jackpot may differ depending on whats decided.

I encourage you to sign up as a donator even if you dont give much. a little bit can add up to alot if everyone joins in!

so Naeren explain to me how this lottery will work from the forum?

well we need to work out the details, but when the lottery starts i start a thread on here that will say the prize, timeframe, and ticket cost. people wanting to buy in will send you or whoever we designate as the lottery "bank" the ticket cost and post their buy in on that thread. (i think we should do the ticket in trade not present. so we can see exactly who sent what). the buy in period will be say a few days to give everyone time to get in. then when the periods over, i'll roll the winner with the dice system in the forums. basically a random number generator that i can modify with names not numbers. then the banker will gift the prize to the winner.

once trading is returned we will begin the lottery for rupies and see how that works out before we move on to something else.
